Motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1 km, grocery 30 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 50 m, bakery 1 km, bus stop "postal Granois" 50 m, railway station "Sion" 7 km, thermal baths "Bains des Saillons" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, riding stable 7 km, skisport facilities 12 km. Nearby attractions: Région viticole, Via Ferrata de Nax 17 km, Fondation Martigny Gianadda 30 km, Marché de Sion les vendredis 7 km, Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Anzère 13 km, Crans-Montana 20 km, Nendaz 21 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac souterrain de St-Léonard 11 km. Bright, fully renovated in 2019, very comfortable and romantic furnishings: living/dining room 36 m2 with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and radio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 open large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 300 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Small terrace 15 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smokers only.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes modernes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen mit allem was man braucht. Im alten Dorfkern von Granois sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist von hier aus alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne zurück!

Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und neu. Das Haus hat mit seinem Holzausbau eine wunderbares, angenehmes Raumklima. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist gratis. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben wunderbare Ideen, was man in der Region alles unternehmen kann.

Schon vor unserer Anreise hat uns das Ehepaar R. kontaktiert um mit uns unsere Anreise abzusprechen (Treffpunkt, Zeit, Tipp für die Anreise mit Auto). Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und nach unserem Aufenthalt auch so verabschiedet. Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit: hier hatte es den höchsten Sauberkeits- Standard. Alles erscheint noch so neu. Die Aussicht vor allem vom Schlafzimmer war toll. Am Abend sieht man die Sterne vom Bett aus & die Stadt Sion und am Tag die Berge. MERCI BEAUCOUP

Tout était juste... PARFAIT! Une maison avec beaucoup de charme, neuve, parfaitement équipée et propre. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils, discrets et généreux. Pour l'accueil nous avons reçu un plat de fruits et une bouteille de vin blanc de leur propre vignoble. Nous pouvons que vous conseiller Le Raccard et nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Ein sehr modern und geschmackvoll neu ausgebautes altes Holzhaus mitten im alten Dorfkern. Alles da was 2 Personen brauchen. Gute ruhige Lage und praktischer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Ober- und Unterwallis. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier hast Du ein perfektes Zuhause für den Urlaub! Vom bequemen Bett aus kann man in die Walliser Alpen schauen. In diesem Haus fehlt es an gar nichts. Alles ist top modern und vollständig eingerichtet. Ein Einkaufsladen ist zu Fuss in 2 Min. erreichbar. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um das Unterwallis zu entdecken. Die Vermieter sind äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem gemütlichen und schön eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Sehr nette und zuvorkomnende Gastgeber, Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral, man kann von dort aus sehr viel unternehmen. Wir konnen es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben im Ferienhaus Le Raccard einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist ganz neu (wir waren die ersten Mieter) und liegt sehr ruhig mitten im alten Dorf am Rand der Weinberge. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge (z.B. den Dent Blanche). Auch aus dem Bett kann man dieses Panorama genießen. Ausstattung des Hauses sehr geschmackvoll und modern, alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Gute Basis zum Wandern, man erreicht Ober- und Unterwallis in kurzer Zeit. Schnelles Fiber-Internet. Vermieter sehr nett!!
