Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this townhouse is has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay! This fully renovated home has plenty of historic charm, including exposed brick, a beautiful staircase, and hardwood floors. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow into the beautiful dining room and out into your private courtyard. You’ll find plenty of comfortable seating and a centrally located flat screen TV for easy viewing. A half-bath is tucked away under the staircase for convenience. The kitchen is small but functional, and allows for a view of the courtyard so you’ll never miss a moment with your loved ones! Upstairs are both bedrooms, a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and separate laundry room. The first bedroom has a King bed, a large TV, and lots of space to stretch out. Down the hallway is the second bedroom, which has two twin beds perfect for kids or friends. You’ll be just down the street from Kroger, the only full grocery store in the Historic District, but close enough to all of Savannah’s dining options to never need to cook! Take a stroll to Maté Factor Cafe and discover organic coffee, maté teas, house made muffins, danishes and even fruit-stuffed. Why Lucky Savannah Loves this Property: \- Convenience: Local coffee shop (Mate factor), local beverage store (Johnnie Ganem's), a Starbucks and national grocer (Kroger) all within 2 minute walk. \- There’s plenty of non-metered parking in the area. \- Enjoy a Savannah evening from the comfort of your private courtyard! Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location. We like to walk and get lots of steps while we’re on vacation, and this is the perfect spot for that. The townhouse is centrally located, making it easy to walk to River Street or to the Starland District. It’s also just a very short walk (2 blocks) to Forsyth Park. We really like the large dedicated dining space. There is comfortable seating in the living area. The kitchen is a bit smaller than the pictures show, but it’s still quite workable. Our stay was so very pleasant. We’ll definitely return to this property by Lucky Savannah! ##### Jan C. The unit seems to have been renovated recently and is very well equipped. It was quiet at night, and is located very close to the beautiful historic district of Savannah. The walk to the commercial district by the river is about 15 minutes; there's a well-stocked supermarket two blocks away. The house was beautifully clean when we arrived and the management company answered the phone immediately and was helpful with regard to the one enquiry we had. She had never been to Savannah. We lucked out with fantastic weather the whole time. Our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful and we spent a lot of time in the back patio. We all highly recommend it. One small caveat if you are a senior or have issues walking- the stairs to the upper level are very steep. It’s a tall old house and most are like that. ##### Lori P. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location; most everything was within walking distance. I loved the fun colors! It's more geared to a small bachelorette party instead of a family with kids, because of the explicit coasters and art (wish a few things had been hidden).I would have loved to have had: anything other than the floor to rest my phone/apple watch on beside the bed, an extra lock on the front door to make sure no one could come in (since people walk right by the door), a mirror in the master bedroom, and TVs in the bedrooms (TV was in the closet not set up).I would definitely stay in a Lucky Savannah property again! ##### Linsey S. Reviewer Comments: We spent two weeks in this clean, comfortable spot. The beds were firm with plenty of blankets, a mirror in the master bedroom would be good, as would a grab bar or non-slip strips in the tub/shower. The living room seating was more than adequate - newly redecorated (with lots of velvet and glitz). Kitchen is small but workable. The patio was disappointing - it needs a good sweeping/raking and the dead plants need replacing. Not very pleasant to sit in. The location is perfect, close to the free trolley, coffee shop , grocery and liquor shop. Neighborhood is pretty and felt very safe. All in all a very nice stay. ##### Beth T. An email and a phone call later, they texted me the info and all was resolved. The only issues we had were the construction going on next door, it started bright and early on weekday mornings, and the bath tub had a slow drain. I just attributed it to old pipes and never called it in, but it may have been fixable. Otherwise property was clean and location was great! ##### Sara R. Reviewer Comments: Three long time friends enjoyed a "girls trip" stay in the Habersham House. Great location. It was nice to be in easy walking distance of Forsythe Park, restaurants , a Kroger and the DOT free schedule. I would suggest a grab bar in the shower/bath and a longer shower curtain.
