Just a short walk from Forsyth Park, this private main-floor suite is thoughtfully designed for two couples, close friends, or families looking to slow down, reconnect, and experience Savannah together.
Wake up to morning coffee on the spacious covered porch as the neighborhood comes to life, then stroll beneath Savannah's famous oak trees to nearby cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and historic squares. After a day exploring the city, return home to share a meal, relax with a movie, or simply enjoy each other's company in a space designed for comfort and connection.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading out or cook dinner together after a day of sightseeing. Gather around the dining table for four.
The suite features two spacious King bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal layout for two couples or a small family. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway.

For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located at the front and rear of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
Guest Access:
This MAIN FLOOR unit shares an entry way front door with the upper unit. Upon entering the front door, you have your own private door to access your private main floor suite. This listing is for the entire downstairs unit ONLY. The Upper unit can be rented separetely.
You will receive an access code to the electronic lock.
The Neighborhood:
PARKING: 1 designed parking spot is located directly across the street from the house. A parking pass will be provided. Encompassing 2.2 miles, the Savannah Historic District is compact and easy to navigate whether by foot or by wheel. To visit Savannah like a local, consider walking, bicycling or taking a pedicab around the district, which ranges from River to Gaston streets and East Broad Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Getting Around:
One of the best things about staying at Kenneth Manor is that you can leave your car behind and experience Savannah the way locals do.
The Historic District is wonderfully walkable, with beautiful parks, historic squares, cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and galleries all within easy reach. A leisurely stroll is often the best way to discover the city's hidden gems.

Savannah is a fantastic city to explore on two wheels. Ride through Forsyth Park, cruise beneath the famous oak trees, and discover charming neighborhoods at your own pace.

Savannah's complimentary Downtown Transportation (DOT) shuttle makes it easy to explore the Historic District without worrying about parking. It's a convenient way to visit River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, and many of Savannah's most popular attractions.
