It has plenty of natural light and everything you need for coffee and tea. There’s a grocery store a few block away. This location is only a 6-8 uber ride from plenty of great places. We could easily walk to Forsyth Park and Collins Quarter where we had an amazing meal. The host sent instructions in a timely manner and we did not have any complaints. The place was affordable and located in a quiet area of town. Close to the Kroger, and a park, it was perfect for us and our dogs and there was always free parking available. The management team was quick to respond to any of our needs. The park which is located very close to place of stay had homeless people sleeping in the park. Felt very unsafe. One afternoon while walking home I had a homeless person approach me. We have stayed in hotels in the past, but we will definitely be renting this VRBO from now on! It was so nice having our own house with a kitchen and laundry and the place is great with lots of space. The only downside is it’s not in walking distance to Plant Riverside, but it’s very easy to get Uber or Lyft to pick you up right outside your front door and get you there for $10 or less.
