There were 10 of us and we never felt like we were ontop of each other. The kitchen was great for cooking meals (though lacking on basic seasoning) and the large couch was perfect for games. We shucked oysters on the tables outside and enjoyed the cool mornings on the dock. The extra bar fridge came in handy because #shenanigans. I don't think we turned on the TVs once. The neighborhood was pleasant, we went for a walk or two to stretch our legs and the driveway had plenty of parking for our vehicles. The host was very responsive and really accommodating.
