Easily accessible from the highway, within easy walking distance to downtown Savannah, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. The neighborhood is safe enough that I felt comfortable letting my teenage kids wander to the nearby squares alone. The common area is very spacious with a lot of room to spread out. Lower level apartment, people above have kids that seemed to run around alot rather loudly til after midnight, granted we visited while schools were out. ##### Tom M. Also on my listing it stated a hot tub or spa tub there are neither on property. Besides that we enjoyed the property very well and Jake was great to work with. ##### Susan J. The place was very tidy and clean. The backyard could use a little maintenance. The ice maker was not working when I arrived but the owner was made aware and he stated he would have it fixed. The pressure in the shower is very low not sure if that’s a building issue or not. Overall the place was great and worth staying at. ##### Jessica P. Many places we visited were within a short drive or walking distance, and we were able to navigate the area with ease. The host was very communicative and made our visit an effortless one.
