We loved our stay. The front desk welcome was excellent. The whole property looks brand new. The pool and patio were a highlight. It was easily walkable to all of the sites we were looking to see, SCAD, city market, river street, the basilica, etc.

The room was very nice. We only stayed one night but it would have been very comfortable for an extended stay. The staff were very friendly especially the ladies at the front desk and at the breakfast. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at.

Excellent staff service. Accommodated us quickly and kindly when we reported a concern with the heat in our room. Morning breakfast was great! This is our 2nd year staying at this location and we plan to continue to stay there on our vacation next summer.

The location was great, just under 1 mile to the river walk. Valet parking isn’t necessary either because we easily found parking on the street. All the staff were super friendly, and helpful. The courtyard is fully enclosed making it very safe at night (or anytime). The lemon water available in the lobby was nice too. One warning though, there may be some sketchy people around the gas station and the adjacent park so be mindful of your surroundings, particularly at night (though we didn’t encounter any negative incidents).

A wonderful place to stay. Staff was excellent from check in to check out. Will definitely come back for our next visit to Savannah. Our only gripe was how cold the room and hallways were. We actually had to turn on the heat (it was 68 degrees in the room- we are acclimated to 74) as the A/C didn’t allow a temperature over 70.

We had a great stay. The staff were wonderful. We were in the H cottage and it was lovely. Only complaint is the smoking area was outside of our room so I would request a cottage closer to the front next time so as not to walk through a cloud of Marlboro when we exited the room. We could not smell it inside the room, only when we were leaving the room. Rooms were cozy and clean. Housekeeping was superb. Breakfast was great also. 10:10 would stay there again.
