Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius. What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Parking onsite is a welcomed perk. The house has 3 apartments, all are accessible from parking in alley. Easy instructions for lock box. Our apartment had good kitchen amenities. Nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The thermostat is easy to use. Neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance to restaurants and bars. A lovely stay ##### kiel m. The personal parking spot was perfect and we used the back entrance to come and go. The AC is loud (as others listed) but did not bother us. Plenty of towels and toiletry items (always a plus!).
