Two apartments in one white duplex in downtown Savannah, about a 5 to 7 minute walk from Forsyth Park. This two apartment duplex sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Unit B is on the ground level. Unit A is upstairs, 20 steps up.

Two full kitchens, a washer and dryer in each apartment, wifi, and self check-in with a smart lock.

Dogs are welcome (hypoallergenic, up to 30 pounds, one dog, $50 per dog per day). The fenced backyard has a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a patio dining table and a gas grill.

An assigned parking area behind the property fits two cars total for the building. Street parking is free.



The Space:

This listing is both apartments of a white two level duplex: unit B on the ground level and unit A on the second floor. Between them there are 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 kitchens, sleeping up to 9 guests total.



Unit B (ground level): Your door is the right hand door at the front of the building. There are three steps from the sidewalk to the front porch and none after that.

Living room: an orange leather sofa, an armchair, a round coffee table and a wall mounted 60 inch smart TV, in front of the hand painted mural by local artist Jules Carvalho. The apartment also has two works by Emily Mitchell, a SCAD graduate.

Kitchen: open to the living room, with a granite island, bar stools, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms: two queen bedrooms with curtains, bedside lamps and room darkening shades. One has a wall mounted TV.

Bathrooms: two full bathrooms, including a private bathroom in the back bedroom (the master).

Laundry: a stacked washer and dryer in a hallway closet.



Unit A (second floor): Use the left door at the front of the building and climb 20 steps to the unit.

Living area: an open kitchen and living area with olive green walls, a 55 inch smart TV, a sofa that folds out into a full size sleeper bed, a small desk and a dog crate for guests traveling with pets. Linens and a pillow for the sofa bed are in the primary bedroom closet.

Kitchen: an island with stools, white cabinets, a range, a dishwasher and a refrigerator.

Primary bedroom: a queen bed, a large closet and a private full bathroom.

Second bedroom: a gray room with a trundle bed, a full bed on top with a twin bed that pulls out from underneath.

Bathrooms: two full bathrooms. The bathrooms in the photos have a tub with a shower curtain.

Laundry: a stacked washer and dryer inside the unit.



Beds across both apartments: three queen beds (two in Unit B, one in Unit A), a trundle bed in Unit A (a full bed with a twin pull-out underneath), and a sleeper sofa in Unit A's living area.



Kitchens: each kitchen is fully outfitted. Between them you will find refrigerators with freezers, electric stoves and ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a toaster, a blender, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet and barbecue utensils.



Bathrooms and linens: towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers and irons are provided. Extra pillows and blankets, hangers and room darkening shades are provided.



Comfort: air conditioning, central heat, ceiling fans, portable fans, wifi and baby safety gates.



Backyard: fully fenced, with a stepping stone path, a large shade tree, a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, a patio dining table with chairs and a gas grill (guests supply the propane and clean it after use). It is shared between the two units, so it is all yours when you book both.



Parking: an assigned parking area behind the backyard fits two cars total for the whole building. Free street parking is also available for additional cars.

Guest Access:

You have both apartments, A on the left and B on the right, the fenced backyard and outdoor space, the assigned parking area and the free street parking.



To reach unit A (upstairs), use the left door at the front of the building. If you park in the back, take the stairs from the yard up to the second story door.



To reach unit B (ground level), use the right door at the front of the building. If you park in the back, use the right door on the lower level.



Professionally monitored cameras cover the front and back entrances. They are only in public spaces and are there for security, not to watch your stay. Please do not block them.

The Neighborhood:

You are in downtown Savannah, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. Forsyth Park is about a 5 to 7 minute walk, and historic squares and the riverfront are within walking distance. A Kroger grocery store is two blocks away.



Nearby you will also find art galleries and boutiques, so you can spend the day on foot and come back to a quiet street.



Getting Around:

Most of downtown is an easy walk from the door.



If you drive, the assigned parking area behind the property fits two cars total for the whole building, and street parking is free. Please watch the street sweeping signs, which post the sweeping times, so you do not get a ticket.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs: three steps lead from the sidewalk to the front porch. Unit B has no more steps. Unit A is up 20 steps, so everyone staying upstairs must be able to climb stairs.



House rules in short: no smoking indoors, smoking is allowed outside only in designated spots, no parties or events without our approval, quiet hours 8pm to 8am, shoes off inside, and the primary guest must be 21 or older. Only the guests named in the booking may stay. Before arrival we ask you to fill in the check-in form in the guest app and complete a quick ID check.



Dogs: hypoallergenic dogs up to 30 pounds are welcome, one dog, with a pet fee of $50 per dog per day. No cats or other animals. No fighting or dangerous breeds. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, use a crate if you leave your dog alone, leash your dog on walks and clean up after it. Service animals are welcome under ADA rules. Emotional support animals pay the pet fee.



No keys to carry or return. The apartments have keyless Schlage smart locks, and we give you a code that works only for your stay.



Sound can travel through the walls of this historic building, so you may hear some movement between the units and city sounds such as light traffic, emergency vehicles and trash collection.

Check-in is self check-in from 4pm. Your code and step by step instructions are sent through the app at 3pm on your arrival day, so please read the check-in guide before you arrive. Check-out is by 10am.
