This charming carriage house comes fully equipped with a full sized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, as well as a backyard for relaxing in! With 400 sq feet of space, this place is great for a corporate rental, SCAD student or someone who is working nearby and needs a flexible lease. Outdoor cameras for security. Minimum stay is 30 days plus and has many amenities, including all of your utilities, high speed internet, so that you do not have to worry about things like deposits for electricity etc. Has on site washer and dryer and private entrance. Must see! This diverse neighborhood is being renovated although is pretty quiet. I stayed in Shana's home for about 6 weeks of my contract there. It was perfect for me. Equipt with what I needed throughout my stay. Shana was very helpful and responsive throughout. The home was clean and safe with a code locking fence and front door. Also there was a nice private patio. I was initially worried about parking but it was never a problem. Plenty of street parking throughout my stay. Washer and dryer conveniently just outside of my gate in the main house. Also, only 1/2 mile to Forsyth Park and the downtown area, so easily walked to. I highly encourage you to check this place out for a longer term stay in the area. ##### Jodi H.
