We have one designated parking spot - a rarity for downtown Savannah! It is located in the driveway directly to the left in front of the house. If you need additional parking, there is metered parking on the street. \*For safety and liability reasons, there is a security camera located in the back patio and pool area. Please respect these areas. Neither the property owners nor their agents will be held liable for any injuries that may occur while you and/or your guests use the pool. \* We use electronic locks. We had a fantastic time using the outdoor space and waking to many wonderful close destinations we could get to so quickly with the central & convenient location. My friends and I had a great girls trip in Savannah thanks to Michael’s place! We had plenty of room for 5 of us. House was clean and kitchen/dining area was large! Walking distance to everything! It was basically within a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to. House was clean and the host thought of everything you may need for your stay! We all loved everything about the home. So cute and super clean. And having the small private pool in the back was wonderful to get in after a long HOT day in Savannah. We stayed here for a girls weekend trip to Savannah and were so pleased with the cleanliness, location, and comfort of the space. We loved chatting in the living room on the plush couches and sharing meals around the large dining table. The kitchen and bathrooms were so thoughtfully equipped! Modern amenities in a historic home - the best of both worlds! Being a short stroll to Broughton was wonderful and the parking space could not have made it easier to get around town. We enjoyed being able to cook some of our meals during our stay with a very well outfitted kitchen. We loved playing Scrabble as it was one of several games at the property. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spacious. Pool was absolutely perfect since it was so hot during our time in Savannah. I would definitely recommend this home ! ##### Robin T.
