As a bonus, we have a Starbucks right across the street! Even better, there is a full-service Kroger there too! The space Our charming upstairs apartment is newly renovated and has three bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, and a full bath. Features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen with gas stove, and midcentury modern décor. Enjoy Savannah's amazing weather on the front porch. The kitchen offers stainless appliances, stone countertops, seating for six, and everything you need to cook a meal for family and friends. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third is a full size bed. A full size sleeper sofa is in the living area. Guest access Guests have sole access to the whole apartment and shared front porch. Other things to note The parking area is shared with the downstairs. So please do not block in the other car(s). Dogs are permitted with a one time $75 pet fee.
