You had to access the back door through an alley way that was filthy. The front sidewalk wasn’t safe to walk on. It was raining when we got there and we had to wade water half way to our knees to get in. There were three door ways that had 2-3 inch step downs that were a danger to us all. The guest bathroom had a molded shower curtain, etc. I am attaching photos for you. And if all this isn’t enough, there was a shooting about two doors down from us on Wednesday! In my opinion, this property should NOT be for rent on your or anyone else’s site!
