  • Pet-friendly Savannah home with a fenced backyard, ping pong table, and an indoor fireplace—minutes from the Historic District. Grill in the private yard, walk to the community boat ramp, or work remotely with a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi. Built for families and groups traveling with pets who want residential quiet near downtown.

    Step through the emerald green door and enter the cozy living area, complete with a 50" Roku TV and sleeper sofas for extra guests. To the left, you'll find the dining room with seating for six. Beyond the dining area is the rec room, featuring a ping pong table for fun family competitions! From here, a door leads to the fenced backyard, where you'll find plenty of space to relax and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.

    Back inside, on the other side of the dining room, is the recently updated kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and all the essentials for cooking. Just off the dining area is a small workspace with a desk and chair, and a hallway leading to the bedrooms.

    The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two full bunk beds, with a full bathroom across the hall that's shared with the third bedroom, which features two queen beds. Additional guests can sleep comfortably on the living room sofas, which pull out to queen beds.
