King master bedroom with en suite bedroom. 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds and third bedroom has two Twin beds. Living room sofa pulls out if needed (you will need to slide it back to pullout). Gourmet kitchen. Spacious dining area. Private laundry. 2.5 updated bathrooms are in the house. All furnishings and linens are brand new and high end designer items. The home accommodates 6 adults and up to 2 extra kids or teens under 18.

Lovely stay

A perfect place to relax for a group of ladies celebrating milestone birthdays! We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, and the beds were comfortable. We parked and then walked everywhere for the remainder of our stay. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are thinking of booking this rental, go ahead and click reserve now! The home was spacious, clean new feel, decorated like a magazine, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect and in a nice area where we felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Girls weeknd

We had a wonderful time at this listing. Very centrally located. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the beauty of this home. The management company was easy to get a hold of and always answered any questions we had before the trip. We had a girls weekend and this home was the perfect hang out place. Highly recommend!

Great

Great size for family of 5-6. Good location walkable to everything in downtown/historic Savannah and a short drive to the beach. Parking is a little bit of a pain but not terrible. Beds are good but pillows are lacking comfort unless you like your pillows flat.

Did not disappoint!

Beautiful home, decorated very tastefully. The beds were comfortable and the sheets crisp. Lots of glasses and supplies in the kitchen along with new appliances. Cute outdoor sitting area. Location is within walking distance to everything including local bars and coffee shops. Highly recommended.

Incredible Trip!

This townhome was impeccable. It had absolutely everything we needed and was SO clean! We never had to drive to a single place because of the great location, everything was truly within walking distance. Parking was a breeze. For reference, we traveled with adults and one two year old. The townhome was safe and spacious. Staying here was definitely the cherry on top of a trip to such an amazing city!

Ladies 60th Birthday Getaway

The unit is beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you’ll need. Beds are so comfy, location is perfect, just a 15-20 minute walk anywhere. We arrived on a Thursday and found 2 parking spaces right in from of our unit and never had to move the car. There are 2 coffeemakers, one drip and one Keurig.Bring and extra roll of paper towels for the kitchen. There were just 2 things the hosts should consider; adding a couple of full length mirrors upstairs, and put some sort of grab bars in the hallway shower or scratch the surface of the tub because it was very slippery inside the shower.Otherwise we had such a fantastic time there and would most definitely book it again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Savannah Bachelorette Weekend

We had a very small bachelorette party, 4 people total. The house was absolutely perfect. We were so close to everything, and had it not been *extremely* hot that weekend, we could have easily walked everywhere we wanted to. When we arrived, the house was spotless, and the decor was clean and inviting. The furniture is comfortable, and so were the beds. The air conditioning wasn't working for our first night, and I waited to contact the property manager until the morning. They had someone to the house within an hour and a half of me contacting them, and he was so friendly and professional. He told me I should have called the prior night, and he would have come to fix it in the middle of the night! They got our AC back on within half an hour, and we had no further issues. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is beautiful, convenient, and very well done! Also I had prompt and helpful communication with the property manager. If I visit Savannah again in the future, I would definitely book this property again.

Location is about a half mile from the action which was nice in the evenings if you didn't want the noise of the nightlife. It was close enough to walk most places if you're able bodied.
