The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, centrally-located to the entire historic district; access instructions were perfect. COMFORTABLE bed, nice amenities; only thing we didn't like was the washer/dryer, one of those same machine does both units. First, it was not in the unit as we is in a shared space in the common hallway. Second, it takes a LONG time to wash/dry your clothes (5+hours); and you might have to wait for someone else's to finish first since it is shared...or might have to listen to it running overnight, just across the hall from the back of the bed ##### Jim R. Reviewer Comments: It is a very charming looking rental. The street it is located on is very nice and we were able to walk to the downtown area. It was a bit of a walk, but very doable. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated. We did have issues with the washing machine. It broke down with our clothes inside for 2 days. It finally unlocked and we needed to take soaking wet clothes to a laundromat. The property personnel was helpful, but it was out of their control. They were having repairs done in the hall outside our unit and the workers were very load, which made it very unenjoyable. No outlets in the bathroom, so I had to do my hair in the sitting area. Lastly, the sitting area furniture was very uncomfortable. ##### Susan B.
