We appreciated the upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. I have a few recommendations. Two of the bathroom doors were sticking when trying to fully close them. There were a few places in the house where the height of the floor changes when going from one room to another. There were hard to see and we often tripped. I would recommend painting a small stripe at the transition so that someone walking from one to another could see the stripe of paint and hopefully notice that there was a change in elevation. We enjoyed all of the amenities in the kitchen. Maybe an extra roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice. That's something you don't think about packing when traveling. They could use more comfortable seating in the living room and easy to clean placemats for the table. Outside area could use a larger table with more comfortable chairs. It was nice to sit outside in the evening until it got cold. I would also like to comment that they wanted to charge us $80 for a 2 hour early arrival. Honestly, I think that’s absurd. The house was obviously not being used or cleaned as we parked out front and went to lunch. It would have been nice to drop off our luggage and check in at 2:00\. I rent all over the country never heard of this early check in fee. Aside from that we had a wonderful time but think you should reconsider that policy of the unit is not occupied or being cleaned.
