With a fully fenced yard, a brand new high end hot tub that seats 7, a fire pit, a 4 hole putting green, and a private carriage house suite, this home is ideal for families, groups, and multi-generational stays.

This large Savannah home offers comfort, privacy, and room to spread out:

The attached carriage house includes the 5th bedroom, a full bathroom, and its own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator for extra food, drinks, and snacks— perfect for in-laws, teens, extended family, or guests who want additional privacy while staying connected.

Guests will have full private access to the entire property, including:
• Main house (4 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms)
• Attached private carriage house (5th bedroom + full bathroom + kitchenette)

The attached carriage house is connected but has its own private entrance, offering extra privacy while still being part of the same booking — perfect for multi-generational families or groups traveling together.

There are no shared spaces. The home, yard, and amenities are exclusively yours during your stay.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient.

NOTE: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and loud parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and must be respected at all times. Please do not book this property if you intend to be loud or host a party.

NOTE: We do have 2 noise monitoring devices and several outdoor cameras only monitoring the entry areas for added security.
