Very comfy king bed and great air conditioning. Fabulous location on a quiet street with easy parking, a very short walk to the Victorian mansions and live oaks surrounding Forsyth Park. The aestetic of the house was cute, though the furniture (chairs/couch) not the most comfortable (which isnt too big of a deal if you're not planning on chilling indoors much). The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE! The courtyard was a perfect gathering place between trips downtown. Parking directly in front on both sides of street. Quiet at night.
