It\`s a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beauty with a sprawling porch and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. The house is recently renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah. 4 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is very large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a huge sectional couch, so it\`s great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and 2 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs. We aren\`t on property, but we are always available if needed. Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by. The house is right on the route of the free shuttle. Hello! We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy homes. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. \- Please try to do your best to have no shoes within the house. \- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. \- There shall not be smoking inside the home. It is close to the grocery store, across the street from Forsyth Park and close to the historic district. The beds were very comfortable and enough space for a family of five with three teenage boys. It’s walkable to plenty of shops and restaurants. The host was easy to contact and very thorough with directions. They communicate through the Vrbo portal and send their messages perfectly timed. Location is great although a bit of a hike 1 1/2 mile to get to River street. Ate at Clare’s for breakfast and it was outstanding! Balcony is great to drink coffee or cocktails with plenty of chairs. Bedrooms are big with big beds and very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Two A/C units on the two separate floors. Good use of small spaces in living room/ kitchen. The location could not be beat, it is close to grocery stores (walk to Kroger or Brighter Day), several restaurants (Local11Ten and Betty Bombers) and trolley pick up spots (DOT and Tours). We enjoyed walking through Forsyth Park. All of us said the beds were very comfortable (even the two in the bunk beds). Uber had no issues parking to pick us up or drop us off. The neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were almost soundproof. The weather was nice and we enjoyed coffee on the front balcony and wine at the table in the back yard. Any questions we had were promptly answered on the app. The house does require some steps. There are steps to the front door, the kitchen and sitting area are upstairs and there is a step in the hall that can trip you if you aren't looking. The space was more than enough to spread out. Loved that 4 out of 5 bedrooms had bathrooms attached. They all held the hot water for the entire time. A nice touch of added shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in every bathroom. The kitchen had a decent selection of pots and pans. A nice add on of a spice rack was appreciated. Very cute house for our stay! Good location and every room has its own bathroom. We were a group of 7 getting together for a night in Savannah before her wedding in Hilton Head. However, there needs to be a deep clean done on the house. Under all the beds, there was dust and dirt. The cabinet door by the dishwasher was broken, causing issues with opening and closing the dishwasher. Additionally, there was no broom or vacuum to clean up after a spin. ##### Deborah M.
