It\`s a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beauty with a sprawling porch and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. The house is recently renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah. 4 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is very large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a huge sectional couch, so it\`s great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and 2 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs. We aren\`t on property, but we are always available if needed. Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by. The house is right on the route of the free shuttle. Hello! We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy homes. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. \- Please try to do your best to have no shoes within the house. \- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. \- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Location is great although a bit of a hike 1 1/2 mile to get to River street. Ate at Clare’s for breakfast and it was outstanding! Balcony is great to drink coffee or cocktails with plenty of chairs. Bedrooms are big with big beds and very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Two A/C units on the two separate floors. Good use of small spaces in living room/ kitchen. The location could not be beat, it is close to grocery stores (walk to Kroger or Brighter Day), several restaurants (Local11Ten and Betty Bombers) and trolley pick up spots (DOT and Tours). We enjoyed walking through Forsyth Park. All of us said the beds were very comfortable (even the two in the bunk beds). Uber had no issues parking to pick us up or drop us off. The neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were almost soundproof. The weather was nice and we enjoyed coffee on the front balcony and wine at the table in the back yard. Any questions we had were promptly answered on the app. The house does require some steps. There are steps to the front door, the kitchen and sitting area are upstairs and there is a step in the hall that can trip you if you aren't looking. I would certainly recommend this home for a visit to Savannah. It had all we could ask for. ##### Kay C. Beds are a bit hard and i like a firm bed. I explicitely asked the owner if they had propane ahead of time--they told me yes and we didnt get new propane for like 5 hours after I asked. So could not grill. A bunch of small doorways we hit heads on. Kitchen is a bit rough but gets the job done. AC worked well so that was a big plus. The house is pretty solid overall even with some issues. Two blow up mattresses were nice but not enough pillows/sheets for them probably. ##### Blaise G. However, there needs to be a deep clean done on the house. Under all the beds, there was dust and dirt. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location worked for us as we had a car but is not within walking distance to the River front or shops. It was very easy to access the home and the owner was very good with communication and instructions. We could park in front of the house or behind. ##### Jody B.
