"First, if I could provide a half a star, I would. They followed through on my request for rose pedals on the bed. Fine establishment with a plethora of amenities. Professional staff and courteous service. The only drawback I would say is the sauna. Considering the fees we pay for staying here, charging guest to use the sauna down to the minute comes off as ill represented of a 5 star resort. It's bothersome today how resorts and hotels attempt to squeeze every dollar out of guests even when charging guests a "resort fee." But beyond that, the hotel was exceptional. "
