The location and garage parking are this property's best features. Several maintenance items need to be addressed. The courtyard is unusable. The door from the courtyard to your apartment is filthy, and the pavers are dangerously uneven. A screwdriver was left in the shower to turn on the faucet, which is broken. You have to tighten the screw to turn it on, and it leaks constantly. The dryer was not heating, so I called for service. It took them two days to come out and look at it, and when he did, he said he didn't have the tools to fix it and would come back. We never saw him again and had to take our clothes to the laundromat to rewash and dry. The carpet in one bedroom is terribly stained, and the other bedroom doesn't have very good window coverings on the door to the courtyard. There was a rotten apple on the living room floor. We didn't feel very safe because you don't change the entry code when you leave; it's the same code for everyone. The property doesn't look as clean or as inviting as the photos.
