There was plenty of rooms and space for all four kids. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for our family. We loved being near the park, and everything else was less than a mile walk away. The beds, especially the 2 queens, were really comfortable. We loved our stay in Savannah! This home was immaculate and we did not want to leave. The location was perfectly situated in the Historic District. We felt safe and walked to most sites we wanted to visit. We loved being so close to Forsythe Park and walked our dogs there each evening. The parking was great since it was gated and on site. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room for resting, sleeping and even eating while visited. The townhome was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences from home that we wanted since we ate most meals there. Simply an amazing place to set up for move into college. The home came with everything you could need. The off street secure parking was an added plus that made getting the dorm boxes in and out a snap. The location was central to everything. We walked EVERYWHERE and it never felt too far. We unfortunately had to stay because of someone being admitted to the hospital - family came in and everyone had a place to sleep. House was clean. This house fit our needs perfectly! So clean, spacious, and nice inside. Very close to the big park. Walking distance to everything. It advertises that it sleeps 8 and it does, but the 4th bed is a air mattress that would be tough for 2 people and there wasn’t anywhere to put it but in the master bedroom. It had great parking and the proximity to Forsyth park was a plus. That said, there were a few items that didn’t meet our expectations. I don’t like to be critical, but I do want to be open and honest for future guests. The sectional couch in the living room was very worn, and should be replaced. A house this nice should have something better. The mattress in the master bedroom was also extremely worn, uncomfortable, and definitely needs to be replaced. Here’s a concise VRBO review that includes both the pros and cons in a balanced tone:---The house is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent—close to everything we needed. That said, the master bed was quite uncomfortable and squeaky, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the towel situation could be improved—only one bath towel per person felt a bit stingy. A few extra bath towels and some basic beach towels would go a long way. Lastly, the ice bin in the freezer was frozen shut during our stay, and even though we were told it would be fixed, no one ever came by.
