Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. The location of this property is perfect. We were able to walk to Forsyth Park, River Walk, historic downtown. When we wanted to go out of town to nearby historic locations and state parks the drive was super easy. The unit was very nice. It was the perfect pace for our family! Two beautiful bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two baths and our favorite spot was the outdoor courtyard with the cast iron table and chairs. Quiet, peaceful and we could see the adorable squirrels in the tree next door. Location made everything we wanted to do, do-able!! We walked 98% of the time, felt very safe. First of all get travel insurance. The other couple supposed to travel with us had a bit of emergency & unable to travel last minute but Southern Belle agency did not allow us to move our travel dates. I didn’t ask for any refund. The online pics make the property appear much larger than it is. It’s perfect for 4 ppl. Great location to walk to everything. Property was very clean & charming. Beds slept great. Then we opened the door to a charming and well equipped apartment. There was a charming patio, a kitchen with everything we needed, and a two nicely furnished bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. We could exit out the back and avoid the initial area. Location was ideal, close to everything. Very clean comfortable apartment. We took a night to figure out split AC units, they were blowing full blast on us, we did figure that opening remote allows you to adjust the direction of wind, should be noted on instructions. Also kitchen door needs a shade so people in back road behind can’t see right in. Also much easier to unload suits cases through that door. We found parking right in front of building and left it there and walked everywhere. Lots of great restaurants right on Liberty, Riverfront about 1/2 mile walk for more restaurants and bars. All other squares east walk, recommend the trolley tours on /off to see and hear about all the history of the City. However, the neighbors upstairs have no respect for noise level. In fact, it seem like they were purposely stomping their feet. I have nothing negative to say about the management of the condo we rented. Sadly, they cannot help the individuals who stayed up above us because they do not own that Condo. Sleeping in was not an option due to be woken up to a stampede of elephants every morning between 6 am and 7 am. Everything is within walking distance. The condo is in an excellent location. Close to everything. Very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the patio every evening with a glass of wine. Management was very quick to respond any time I had a concern. Highly recommend. ##### Danielle H. Power saws, drills and lots of workers, and music outside our window early every morning. The noise was awful! We had 4 adults stay for 8 days. There was only enough shampoo for one night and enough toilet paper for 3 days. And one bedroom had no place to put a suitcase, no closet, nothing. It needs some hooks on the wall at the very least. And a suitcase stand. The blue bedroom was perfect, the other one was not. And the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Location was great, kitchen and family room were great. But because of the construction we couldn’t sit outside, which is one of the primary reasons we picked this place. ##### Beth G.
