The City Ordinance states that a sound can\`t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume. \-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance. \-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit. \-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. The home itself is well furnished, very roomy, and had everything we needed to make our stay carefree. Communication with the Property Mgr was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here, and I know if I ever returned to Savannah, I would definitely come back. ##### Jo-Ann H. The place initially looked fine, but after the first night we both woke up with multiple bites. Based on prior travel experience, we suspected bed bugs and immediately notified the host, providing photos as requested. To avoid the bedroom, we tried sleeping on the pull-out sofa the next night, but it was broken and extremely uncomfortable — so much so that we cut our stay short and left at 5am.We also threw away our pillows before leaving because we did not want to risk bringing anything home. While the host later claimed their inspector found no evidence, our experience was very real and left us with an unpleasant trip.What was most frustrating is that despite reporting the issue promptly, the host never offered any meaningful resolution or refund, and has since chosen not to address the situation further (unresponsive). Guests deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and supported if problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. ##### Michael A.
