There is another carriage house unit in the rear of the property. It is completely separate from the main house and there is a wooden privacy fence between the 2 units.  
  
\-Smoking in the house is prohibited and violations will result in an additional $300 smoke abatement fee.  
  
\-No parties.  
  
FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. No refund after that. We do not make exceptions to this, for any reason, including weather, illness, or other circumstance that interrupts your travel (whether it is within your control or not), and do not accept date changes. Therefore, we always advise that guests purchase travel insurance for their trip, just in case! This is particularly important from June-November, as hurricanes in the southeast are considered known travel risks and not eligible for an exception. Again, we do not provide refunds if you cancel and do not accept date changes within the cancellation period. Please insure yourself accordingly!
