We stayed in the newly built and furnished Franklin vacation rental and had a great time with Family. The unit was spacious and tastefully decorated along with the interior porch allowed lots of light to enter while also giving us a fresh air sitting area! The underground parking made it easy for us and provided easy access to elevator. The rooftop garden provided incredible panorama views of Savannah! This unit was exactly as pictured! It was stunning, clean, and charming. On the top-most floor there is a shared common area, with its own kitchen, living room, and outside rooftop patio with comfy chairs and a fireplace- which we particularly enjoyed. The location was excellent. We loved the adorable coffee shop downstairs. Located in the historic distance and walking distance to the ferry, grand homes, Forsyth park, and many great food and drink options. Management was available by phone and highly responsive. The only thing that was missing from our experience was tea packet and coffee grounds since the unit did have a kettle and coffee maker, but that is just minor feedback to make this excellent stay even better.
