The unit is on the second floor, and quite a few stairs are required to get there (I was traveling with older parents so this was a little challenging). Also, one of the beds had a very squeaky frame - every time I moved I would hear it loudly squeak. But other than that it was a great place and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Jill H.
