The place smelled great and was very clean, just as pictured. While there wasn’t parking, this was never a problem - so much street parking available and very reasonable meter prices ($1/hr M-F 8-5). This was also a great location, quick walk to parks and do-able walk to downtown. We also loved that the renters left a binder with restaurants/bar recs. The pillows were great, with a variety of thicknesses offered, but the mattress appeared well used and made it challenging for me to feel rested and rejuvenated in the mornings. And since the main purpose of the property is for sleeping, (not for entertaining), I would have loved a supportive and comfortable mattress. That's why I've rated the property at 3 stars. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is great for couples. Space wise - about the size of a hotel room overall, but smaller bathroom space comparatively. Great location - many of downtown’s must sees are within walking distance. Easy check in/check out. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent, just at Clary’s Cafe. A bit of a walk, but we enjoy walking when we visit. Parking on Abercorn was easy, and we only had to pay for Friday afternoon and Monday morning. There was just a bit of dirt around the edges, and the freezer needed to be defrosted. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of this property. Would consider it more of a residential area than a touristy spot, which is what we wanted. Clary’s Cafe was right down the alley making for a nice way to begin our mornings. The bed is very firm so if soft is your thing, look elsewhere. The fridge has a freezer issue that was discussed in another review. Probably time to replace. A coffee maker is present, not a Keurig as described. One packet of coffee was complimentary and we wished enough was given for each day of our stay. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and small soap was there. The television is NOT connected to cable and no instructions are left on how to add your provider. Typical online providers through wifi are available like Netflix and YouTube. We would stay here again. The rental office is a few blocks away and will store your luggage if you get to town early. This was helpful and the staff was warm and welcoming! ##### Paul O. I used to live in Savannah so I was already very familiar with the area, but this house is on a side street of a great location, it’s very walkable even after a night down town. The communication was great even later in the evening when I was late to my check in. It is small but great for traveling solo or with your boo.
