Unit was very clean and as pictured. There is some nice quirkiness to it. The neighborhood looks like it is being revitalized. We were able to walk to dinner at Starland Yard and breakfast at Flora and Fauna which was great. There is new construction on the lot behind the unit so it was a little loud in the morning.
