It is very easy to walk to everything you might need. Plenty of restaurants and pubs are easily accessible from this location. The condo is on the 2nd floor. You must walk up one flight of stairs. We try to make sure we have something for everyone during your stay. Business travelers, find a desk to work from with a printer. For the family, find some board games. For the adults, find some card games! There is a fully functional kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and a microwave to cook meals should you decide to stay in. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Although the 2nd bathroom is in the common area, it has two entrances so that you can enter the bathroom without having to leave your room in the 2nd bedroom for additional privacy. There is a Kroger grocery store less than a mile away to stock up on food and snacks. Additionally, for your enjoyment; ➢ High-speed WIFI ➢ HULU ➢APPLE TV+ ➢HBO MAX ➢ 55" Smart TV to access your Netflix and Amazon Video accounts. Even though this location is very close to the historic district, it is far enough away to avoid a lot of the noise that accompanies the nightlife. The condo also has tons of natural light and 12' ceilings. Free parking on the street. There are not a lot of spaces directly in front of the building, however, availability depends on how busy it is that day. There is additional free parking on the side streets as well. There was also a running generator-type frequency noise occasionally that I couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Fortunately, these issues did not last too long.
