Tucked in the heart of historic downtown Savannah, this home still feels like a cozy escape. The house has been newly renovated and decorated to highlight its historic features like artistic crown moulding and timeless hardwood floors. We have all the modern amenities such as central air and a fully stocked kitchen with added details to make your stay extra special. Our house, built in the 1800\`s, has been remodeled to include modern amenities while still highlighting its historical features. The home is conveniently all on one floor. The living area is in the front with huge french doors opening onto the sprawling front porch. The kitchen is fully stocked, and when we say fully stocked, what we mean is that we have all of the cookware, utensils and appliances that we would want in our own kitchen. In the back of the house you will find both bathrooms and both bedrooms. The bedrooms were designed with comfort in mind: big beds that you can fall right into, ample pillows and thoughtful places for you to keep your things. In the bathrooms, we\`ve gone the extra mile to cover all of your individual needs. The back of the house opens onto another furnished deck which overlooks the huge, green, manicured patio. We\`ve set up the house so that it is comfortable, beautiful and covers all of your needs and more! If there is anything else you need, we will help you find it. We want our property to feel like your home away from home and the perfect southern escape! Guests have access to: 1 Parking spot 1 Front porch 1 Living room 1 Kitchen 2 Bathrooms 2 Bedrooms 1 Back deck 1 Back patio We are always reachable by phone or message and strive to make sure someone can be there within 30 minutes if there is ever an issue. Our property is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Savannah. All of the food, shopping and sites are walking distance or a very quick drive. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try. A major Savannah attraction, Forsyth Park, is a mere 3 blocks away. There is a grocery store conveniently located 2 blocks from the house and one of our favorite little bakeries is steps from the house. We provide our guests with a welcome book upon check-in which highlights some of our favorite dining experiences and attractions. We are happy to provide recommendations for anything else you want or need while you are visiting. Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride, we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will give you a tour of the entire downtown. Legal listing with Savannah: STVR - 01583 and 01584\. All booking are subjected to a 13% Savannah motel and sales tax that will be included in the daily rate Here a few house rules to abid by: Georgia noise ordinance quiet hours 9PM to 8AM. This is a Georgia law. That means NO CONVERSATION, MUSIC AND NOISE OF ANY KIND OUTSIDE. Our neighbors will call the police or call the property manager. This is strictly enforced and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine each time. Second violation will result in eviction. 9PM to 8AM there is no music allowed outside of any level. This is a disturbance to the community. If the garbage is full please throw out the bag in the city garbage pals outside. No smoking in the house Before checking out from the property please empty the dishwasher Please understand this is our home and we appreciate you treat it as your own. It had everything we needed and was in a wonderful location. We had one issue with the pull out sofa, but that was resolved quickly and graciously with one phone call, even late on a Sunday night. Nice neighborhood. You will hear upstairs neighbors walking around on those hardwood floors but if they get too loud, there is an ordinance that prohibits loud noise past 10 PM. Hosts were easy to reach and gave clear instructions. The porch is very nice and there was usually a good breeze. ##### Donna L. It was in a great location in walking distance to so many great places. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We mainly used it for breakfast. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We were concerned about needing more than 1 space for parking but the street in front of the house had plenty of spaces. Lovely neighborhood and close to everything. Historic house with original floors, pocket doors, some hardware, and french lattice doors to the front porch. Kitchen and baths were updated. Very clean. Quiet street. Coffee shoppe at the end of the block and Krogers around the corner. Forsyth Park 4 blocks away. A lovely get-away. ##### Carol C. We chose this spot for a girls’ trip and were very pleased with the apartment. The only “issue” we had was that there was not a pull out couch as listed. When we notified the property manager of this, he promptly resolved our problem as we did need the extra sleeping space. Two brand new air mattresses were purchased, along with new sheets and bedding and brought to us promptly. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area! ##### Victoria B.
