The Space:  
Inside the loft, you'll find a spacious living area and open concept kitchen. In addition there is a comfortable queen-size bed in a private room in the loft, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your Savannah adventures. The loft is beautifully designed with a blend of historic charm and contemporary style, offering a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. We are located on the third and top floor in our building.   
  
Exploration:  
Savannah's historic district is at your doorstep. Stroll down to Forsyth Park, a serene oasis with blooming gardens and historic fountains. Visit the nearby SCAD Museum of Art for a dose of culture and creativity. Or, take a leisurely walk along the Savannah River and admire the picturesque views.  
  
Dining:  
Satisfy your culinary cravings with an array of dining options. From Southern comfort food to international cuisine, you're spoiled for choice. Savor classic Southern dishes at The Grey, indulge in seafood delights at The Olde Pink House, or experience the eclectic menu at Leopold's Ice Cream.

Getting Around:  
Savannah is a very walkable city! You can walk to most activities, restaurants, and landmarks. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. For longer distances, Savannah does offer public transit.   
Bringing a car? No worries! There are several paid options for parking downtown. We have multiple public parking garages near by as well as street parking. All parking is first come first serve so if you are planning to come for a busy event I would make sure to purchase your space in advance.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please note that as a downtown location, you'll be at the epicenter of city life. This means you'll likely hear the sounds of the city — from the hustle and bustle of traffic to the occasional sirens. Our neighborhood is alive with energy, and we love being part of it. Our building is also home to other residents and guests who share the same love for our vibrant city. You might occasionally hear footsteps or muffled conversations from fellow residents and visitors. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for the shared space.  
  
We understand that your pets are a cherished part of your family, and we're delighted to welcome them to our home. Your four-legged companions are sure to love their stay as much as you do. To ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests, we charge a nominal pet fee of $50 per pet. This fee helps us maintain our pet-friendly accommodations and keep our space in top-notch condition.

#### Great location 

Enjoyed our stay. Had problems with the AC but they were quick to get someone out to repair. The would suggest is a better equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super small but shower worked well.

As advertised. Clean, great location. No cups to drink out of was a little weird. Just a couple of coffee mugs. I just want a glass of water without rinsing out a coffee mug. Felt like the owner was new to vrbo because the communication was off. I definitely wasn't getting messages in the vrbo inbox that he seemed to think had been sent but we got things cleared up over text. Overall everything was great. Would rent again.

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, but a few items were broken. Toaster was broken as well as the light under the microwave. Bed frame bolts need tightened. Parking is 24/day on street and street cleaning is from 12:00-4:00a so you must move your car from street or 40 ticket. Walking distance to everything.
