Best Of Both Worlds ~~Tybee Island~Historic Savannah

An Absolute "Gem"...This home is truly remarkable! What it lacks in fancy upgrades, it makes up in charm! It is the perfect Savannah getaway. Ideally located in a family friendly neighborhood, you can access downtown 'Historic Savannah' or the beautiful beaches of Tybee in less than 15 minutes. It is the perfect place for peace and relaxation or it will serve you well after a long day of touring and shopping!
This property has a great floor plan with 2 bedrooms ~ walk in closets, 2 full baths, living room, family room, bright sunny kitchen with dining nook. There is a full size washer/ dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, plates, silverware etc. we provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for beach use... Eliminates you having to pay beach rentals!!!!
When not at the beach, you will want to head into Savannah!
Savannah is such a popular destination spot due to its variety! You can visit "Historic Savannah" ... There are multiple tours offered. You can sign up or do your own mobile friendly self-guided tour at your own pace! Tybee Island is extremely popular with Captain Mike's Dolphin Tours, the Tybee Museum, and the amazing Tybee Lighthouse. Tybee presents 'Movies in the Park' monthly in the summer months. Labor Day at the beach is filled with sun and fun ending with fireworks from the pier!
This is our private retreat when we stay in Savannah! We would love to share it with you. There is such 'good energy' in this house. It is simple, cozy, and affordable! We look forward to having you as our guests!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for about 7 weeks in February and March. The house was great, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet, the location was perfect for us - right between Tybee and Savannah. Cheryl was extremely helpful, gracious and responsive to our questions. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Fall trip to visit with family in Savannah

A Great Stay!

We went to Savannah for a quick Thanksgiving getaway. The house was amazing, extremely comfortable and cozy. We had a great time! The only tginh we missed was a firepit so that we could enjoy the outdoors longer. Even then we would definitkey stay again!

Great House & Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean and had everything you could need. We enjoyed going into Savannah for the day and Tybee Island. Then going home to a quiet neighborhood in the evenings to relax. Would highly recommend.

Best of both worlds

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with I feel everything thing appliance wise you might need for vacation. Driving to Tybee Island and Historic Savanna was a breeze and very easy. I definitely would recommend staying here and look forward to my next booking!

We love it here

This was not our first stay here. We keep returning because we love this cozy house. Owners are extremely easy to work with as we are a military family and plans change constantly. We love the front porch and back deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Lots of fun playing games with family. Great memories thanks!!!

Great House Close to Everything

15 minutes from Tybee Island. 15 minutes from downtown Savannah. Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful stay. The only issues we had was that the ice maker doesn't work and the back sliding door is very hard to open/close. We would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and homey

We enjoyed almost everything about our stay. There were 2 problems: We could not get the tv in the living room to come on. And it was very difficult to use the lockbox- it took 15 minutes to get it to close when we left. Otherwise the home was lovely and comfortable.

This is our second stay here and we love the convenience of the location to Savannah State University when we come in for Homecoming celebrations at the University. Kroger is right down the street and the house is easy to find. Host communicated very well and we never have any issues at all with this place. Clean and has all items you need to prepare your own meals if you want to and beds are comfortable and clean linens as well. We will always seek this place to rent when going to Savannah. It’s our go-to place…
