We had a few electrical/heating issues that were taken care of in a timely manner but the apartment was clean and freshly remodeled. The outside of the building needs some talc. The kitchen had very high cabinets which made access a little difficult for shorter folks and there was no step stool provided. The neighborhood was safe and well lighted and within walking distance to parks and restaurants. A food store was 5 blocks away.
