Everything was just as the pictures and descriptions stated. Comfortable beds, parking on the street in front of the house, and everything was very clean. We had the unfortunate experience of a very drunk bachelorette group renting below us. When they arrived at 3 am, the yelling and bottle throwing commenced. This lasted for an hour. We should have called the police, but we weren’t in danger & felt they had better things to do than deal with drunk young women. There is also a ceiling fan downstairs that clicks loudly when on, very annoying. I know they can’t know who they are renting to, but with the number of bachelorette parties in Savannah, I would stay away from duplexes. ##### Lawrence A. Many extras like coffee refill pods, sugar packets and even dog treats. Also the foam mattress and pillows were excellent quality. Across the street there is a gas station and has a Cuban cafeteria.
