The carriage house has both a queen bed and a futon. Guest Access: The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house. The Neighborhood: It's a very peaceful family neighborhood Other Things to Note: Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. House was perfect for 3 couples. Favorite part was sitting on the dock watching the fish jump!! Excellent location allowed us easy access to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. House was clean but needs some updating - shower in main bedroom upstairs is TINY! Hot tub wasn’t working but property manager advised us of that the day before our visit.
