Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and all new everything. Other than a couple of amazing fog horns, we didn’t hear a thing. (Reasonable consequence of being so near the ocean).

Our only issue was a long wait for someone to show up to check us in. Maybe 20 minutes. Then we needed to pay for parking and the whole amount was charged even though we had paid vrbo already. But we got it all worked out. It was a comfortable place and was close to all the attractions.

No air conditioning and no screens on windows

The apartment is clean and has nice furniture however they do Not have an air conditioner which was a problem since our stay was in July. They also have no screens in the windows so we were all covered in bed bites. One tiny fan for the entire apartment. Management did nothing to rectify situation and I just want others to be aware and make decision in staying with the facts. There is a gross smell leading up the stairs to apartment and the management is hard to find when you arrive to check in. They were busy smoking , watched my husband go to try to check in and then came up 5 minutes later. I personally would not stay again . I would find another property. It was close to the shopping and I gave that section of the review a five star.

Great getaway in the heart of Sausalito.

I had a terrible time with check in. The property manager did not communicate well and was rude when I tried to work it out with him. We ended up not being able to check in for 2 and a half hours after the normal time due to this problem (a miscommunication he blamed on me and would not own). Apart from that and the apartment not having a very well appointed kitchen (I understand that I was the first guest) it was a low key place to stay. The place itself is darling and in a great location. I wouldn’t dissuade anyone from going there but I do hope the property manager will be more mindful about communication and politeness in the future.

Beautiful, remodeled, and convenient!

Great apartment in Sausalito! Clean, newly remodeled, and close to everything! The convenience of this apartment can’t be beat. Great location to enjoy the shops and restaurants in the charming town of Sausalito. We did day trips to Muir Woods and San Francisco. Fun to be in Sausalito for Fleet Week! You could see the ships sailing in the Bay from the living room window. We will be back!
