The simple room was clean and comfortable with a very hot shower. The hotel is close to the river and from the rooftop dining area I was able to see wildlife on the far bank (with binoculars). Arjun, the manager, was wonderful, very helpful and attentive to his guests’ needs. I explained I was here to just relax and go birding on my own, and wasn’t interested in a jungle walk or jeep safari (I had done that on my two previous visits). We enjoyed the very good service and helpful staff, nice breakfast and view that overlooked the park, and great location for our safari trips.
