The simple room was clean and comfortable with a very hot shower. The hotel is close to the river and from the rooftop dining area I was able to see wildlife on the far bank (with binoculars). Arjun, the manager, was wonderful, very helpful and attentive to his guests’ needs. I explained I was here to just relax and go birding on my own, and wasn’t interested in a jungle walk or jeep safari (I had done that on my two previous visits).
