Clean and beautiful casino and hotel. One elevator was broken during a busy weekend for travel sports but not a huge deal. The casino is lacking variety. Way too many slots and not enough blackjack.

Front desk staff needs better training, not very friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff were great and friendly. Casino was clean, but temperature was too hot. Need closer parking for hotel guests.

We were told the house keeping was short staffed. We were to call with requests and issues. When we did we were given sarcastic remarks. When I told the restaurant that the bathroom needed toilet paper and soap I was told that they were not part of the casino and that hotel staff came around, like I was to hunt the staff down to stock the bathroom. They didn’t have a folder with dept numbers to call for problems. There were other issues.

Parking closer to the hotel would be helpful. Coffee & juice in the lobby would be a great idea in the morning! Even some apples & bananas or donuts. The property is well maintained and attractive! We will stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends!

The casino had no area for smokers to sit and play. Their feelings should matter as much as those of a non smokers. Their business is just as important as anyone else’s. Who knows maybe you would see an increase in reservations if there was someplace for them. It’s total rejection on all levels. Go outside or go away, what a joke. Even some small area should be considered.
