A fresh, well-equipped and curated contemporary condo getaway in a prime, downtown location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is steps away from shops, galleries, restaurants, and waterfront. Just a short drive away from Oval Beach, Fennville, Holland, and many other local sights and attractions. Open concept living on the main level which features a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, sitting area with TV, a full bathroom with a tub, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed. Upper level has a private master suite complete with a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower. New as of October 2020, all bedrooms now have their own air conditioning units for maximum comfort. Enjoy the spacious outside, upper level deck with a view of the water which is the perfect spot for relaxing in the morning or enjoying an evening cocktail. Great Time in Saugatuck

Fun decor! Very clean! The location can't be beat close to shops, restaurants, the marinas and the park. Nice to be able to park and walk around the town.

Perfectly little getaway

We loved our stay! Saugatuk is the perfect little getaway. Ciro’s place is very cozy and the beautiful outdoor rooftop terrace is the perfect place to spend the mornings and evenings. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great views of the water. Everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean. The condo was perfect. We have never stayed in the town itself prior to this stay. It was a little more active, some music and people enjoying themselves until at least midnight, than we anticipated for being in the off season.

We had a nice stay in the condo. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Great proximity to town that was just steps away. Owners provided us with a lot of recommendations too. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Modern Coastal Condo - Fabulous stay

My family was in town for a Wedding and enjoyed our stay April 26th - 28th. The owner was very helpful and sent a list of things to do nearby. The location couldn't be better for walking around town. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor seating was a bonus. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We had a great stay at this Vrbo property! The location was perfect, and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
