About this property

Cute Cottage in Downtown Saugatuck with Water view

  • This cottage offers many options for your own private retreat. Enjoy the Large balcony and outstanding views of Kalamazoo Lake, the backyard garden complete with water fountain, outdoor portable fire pit and propane grill. Or stroll to Downtown to enjoy fabulous shopping, restaurants, and art.

    The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a large living room that opens into the kitchen and the attached deck that over looks Kalamazoo Lake. The Master bedroom has a private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door with a bath tub with shower. The Living room has a futon and a couch to accommodate 2 more if needed. The walk out basement is unfinished but has a washer and dryer.

    From the deck, you have a perfect view of Saugatuck's fireworks over the Lake on the 4th of July, Venetian Festival, and New Year's Eve.
