Lovely Home in Rhineland

Two families traveling together found this home to be the perfect home base from which to up and down the Rhine to see castles, castles, vineyards, and more castles. This hillside house was very comfortable, featured a lovely terrace surrounded by grapevines. Situated in the small country village of Sauerthal if felt as though our visit brought the most excitement the townsfolk had seen in ages. This is a perfect location for visiting Rhineland if you want a quiet, rustic, authentic experience.

Wirklich ruhige Lage

In einer Sackgasse gelegen,in einem Wald, sehr ruhiges Dörfchen. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselabbahme, rechtzeitige vorherige Übermittlung des entsprechenden Vorgehens. Treppenaufgang zum Haus nicht behindertengerecht oder schwer geeignet für (ältere) Menschen die schlecht zu Fuß sind. Frühstücksservice laut Infomappe in der Unterkunft wohl leider nicht aktuell, unter Ruf Nr kein Anschluss. kein Garten, nur Terrasse mit Außengrill. Hanglage.

Tolles Haus, schöne ruhige Umgebung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende mit 8 Personen im Haus verbracht. Pluspunkte: - Haus ist sehr großzügig und hell - schöne wertige Einrichtung, in weiten Teilen neuwertig renoviert - sehr sauber - gute Ausstattung in der Küche - ultrabequeme Sofas, großer Fernseher - fantastische Tereasse und großes kinder- und hundefreundliches eingezäuntes Grundstück - Gute Matrazen und Kissen - Platz für bis zu 2 Autos in der Garage und eines davor - tolle ruhige Umgebung im Grünen, Wanderwege vor der Tür, wenige Autominuten zum Rhein und nach Lorch, Rüdesheim oder zur Loreley Negative Punkte, bzw. Punkte, die man wissen sollte: - das Haus ist recht kühl, ohne Hausschuhe geht es nicht - die Heizkörper im großen Wohnzimmer und angrenzenden Eßzimmer sind zu klein dimensioniert, sie schaffen es nicht die Räume auf angenehme Wärme zu bringen. Fleecepullis sind notwendig. Für uns war das Eßzimmer daher nicht nutzbar im Winter, obwohl das einer der Gründe war für dieses Haus - die Nachschaltung der Heizung war zu lang, ab 22 Uhr gingen die Heizungen aus. Die Verwaltung war gut erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert und die Nachschaltung verkürzt - viele von uns hatten keinen Mobilfunkempfang im ganzen Tal (dafür kann das Haus natürlich nichts). Dafür war das WLAN super, unsere Teenager hats gefreut Fazit: tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, gute Verwaltung, aber im Winter wegen besagten Wärme-Thema mit Abstrichen. In einer wärmeren Jahreszeit wären es 5 Sterne geworden, so vergeben wir nur 3

Großes Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig, ländlich. Der Hahn kräht und die Vögel zwitschern. Wir waren zu siebt für ein WE ( 2 Nächte) dort untergekommen. Leider gab/ gibt es einige Mängel: für den doch sehr stolzen Preis für das WE von ca. 950 € !!! (heißt über 65€/ pro Nacht UND Person) sollte Wäsche unbedingt inkludiert sein. Wir haben erst per Zufall davon einen Tag vor der Abreise erfahren. Sprich es gibt keinerlei Bettwäsche, Handtücher, nicht mal Duschvorleger oder gar Küchentücher. Leider wird dies auch nicht explizit im Text auf der Website von fewo-direkt wiedergegeben. Der Besitzer meinte zuerst, er wisse es nicht, dann nach telefonischer Auskunft, es wäre aus logistischen Gründen dort nicht möglich... vielleicht sollte das Personal besser bezahlt werden. Verdient wird jedenfalls nicht zu gering. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist die Tatsache, dass auf der Terrasse zwar ein Tisch steht, aber nicht genug Stühle. Die vorhandenen Stühle sind tiefe Liegestühle und eignen sich nicht zum Speisen /Spielen und Sitzen am Tisch. Die Betten bzw Matratzen sind sehr unterschiedlich in der Qualität und Größe.... Die Böden waren nicht gereinigt oder schlecht, ebenso das Besteck. Kurz- das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht ausgewogen.
