"The place was great, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel comes with bike rental facilities. If you are tired of walking around. Rent the bike for a day and drive around to go places. The hotel is right across from the beach and the street behind has nice places if you fancy a drink and want to play billiards. I would recommend people to choose this hotel over the other expensive hotels nearby."

"Such a cute hidden gem! The interior was modern and the lighting was nice and moody. It smelt really clean. They gave us clean towels and water every day. Has a smoking area outside the room. We rented their scooters for 300baht a day. It’s walking distance to the pier that gets busy but really quiet at night. We went to Koh Larn to chill and enjoy the slowness and got exactly that. The owner/family was really friendly and nice ☺️ we had a really good stay for the amount we paid. "

"This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "

"I would have liked a balcony. I had to have words to staff about the room cleaning & they where very apologetic & obliging. Loose floor tiles in room."

"A great little hotel but without an elevator so be prepared for stairs if you end up in a room on the 4th. floor as I did. Luckily I was able to move to the 1st. floor within a few days. Unfortunately they could not supply a hotplate in my room so I could make my own espressos. Watch out for mosquitoes! The free water was a nice addition. The best part is the Dom Pizzaria out the front, which also has a range of Western dishes & breakfasts."

"If you don't mind climbing 4 flights of narrow stairs to reach your room, this place is great .. haha"

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"Amazing location, outstanding rooms"

" The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in...
