There was four of us. The house was perfect for us, lots of room. We fished off the back deck/ dock. We also rented a pontoon boat from Georgia Boys ( probably not a mile by car) and fished the St John’s River. We parked our rented boat at the dock. Just step out onto the dock . If you are looking for convenience , this is the place for you. We cooked all of our meals at home. The rental has everything you need for cooking and a great stay. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Beds were comfortable , Huge TV , we didn’t use the game room . Washer and Dryer was really a plus.
