Sea view apartment no. 23 in the Villa Anna in Sassnitz on Rügen

Villa Anna is located in the heart of Sassnitz’s picturesque old town. Since 1896, the hotel has been offering its guests peace and relaxation in a well-maintained atmosphere. Villa Anna was built at the end of the 19th century in the seaside resort architectural style and today offers 10 comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 4 people, featuring an elevator, a loggia, and a view of the Baltic Sea in nearly all apartments.
The various one- and two-room apartments, ranging from 40 to 52 square meters in living space, are all equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The glass-enclosed sunrooms offer a magnificent view over the Old Town to the Baltic Sea and Jasmund National Park.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in the building. Each apartment comes with a parking space.
There is a terrace and a well-maintained garden for shared use, as well as a bicycle storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. One apartment in the building is located on the lower level with a garden view and features its own terrace.
Pets are allowed in apartments 12 and 13 only upon request. A fee of 8 € per night would be charged for a pet, as well as a one-time pet final cleaning fee of 20 €.

There are three identical apartments in Category C:
Apartment 13 on the 1st floor, Apartment 23 on the second floor, and Apartment 33 on the third floor.
All three apartments offer a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the Old Town.
These two-room apartments, with 48 square meters of living space, each accommodate up to 4 people.
Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed.
In the living room, a sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. There is also a desk in the living area next to the seating area.
The kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, is integrated into the living area. The dining area, located on the loggia, offers a stunning view.
The bathroom features a shower. Wi-Fi is available.
Each apartment comes with a parking space marked with the apartment number.
Shared amenities include a terrace, the garden, a bicycle storage room, and a washer and dryer. The house has a crib and a high chair.
Pets are allowed in Apartment 13 upon request. A fee of 8 € per night is charged for a pet, plus a one-time pet cleaning fee of 20 €.
