You live in a detached holiday home on a large approx 1 200 m² sunny plot near the forest in the small town Staphel on the island of Rügen. It is only 500 meters to the Baltic Sea beach. On more than 100 sqm of barrier-free living space are 3 bright bedrooms each with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and 1x with additional single bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room with open kitchen. The approximately 30 square meters large, partly covered south-west terrace is ideal for barbecues. Cozy wooden ceilings, Mediterranean plastered walls, ceramic floors and chic furniture is the perfect setting for your best weeks of the year. Thanks to the central heating with underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the living room and a rustic stove, the house is also in Winter the perfect holiday home.
