Experience the magical charm of the old town of Sassnitz - a mixture of lovingly restored and new houses, connected by winding lanes and stairs. Enjoy the resort architecture with a Mediterranean flair, the sound of waves and stunning views of the Baltic Sea. Within walking distance you need to the city harbor and the national park Jasmund with its majestic chalk coast - a charming attraction and always worth a visit. There is a lift in the house. A parking space is available.

FH 104:
The comfortable apartment "Ostseeblick" with its own entrance area is 47m² in size, can accommodate up to 3 people and is located on the first floor of the apartment house. • Living room (sofa bed) • Bedroom (Double bed) • Hallway with cloakroom with extra door • Modern kitchen (open), dishwasher, 4 ring stove / oven, fridge / freezer, microwave • Balcony, panoramic view, sea view • No smoking, travel / cot and high chair (on request) for € 10 each • Internet Wi-Fi, the free Wi-Fi is an additional service, we do not guarantee the functionality. • Cable / Sat / Radio, TV flat screen, DVD and CD player • Shower / WC • Pets not allowed • Parking • Arrive and feel good! We have already made the beds for you on arrival. The total price includes a laundry package for each person traveling. This includes duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase, bath towel and towel. You enjoy a beautiful lake view, see ferries and fishing boats passing by and have a panoramic view to the seaside resorts Binz and Sellin.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
