Villa "tizian" Wohnung 5

The apartment is located in the “Tizian” villa in Sassnitz, a city villa rebuilt according to original plans in a very beautiful, quiet, and green suburban setting. The villa on Johanniskirchstraße is situated on a gentle slope right on the edge of the Jasmund National Park. So you have the beech forest right on your doorstep. Nevertheless, the property is centrally located across from City Hall; the Old Town is just a few metres away, as are the church and the zoo. You can also reach the beach promenade, Sassnitz Harbour, and the city centre within a few minutes’ walk. The building has an lift.

Holiday Apartment 5 in the “Tizian” Villa is a two-room apartment for up to two people with a balcony. The 48 square metres of living space include a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a cosy sofa area and a flat-screen TV. Integrated into the living area is a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room with a washing machine. The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and, of course, a toilet.

Unfortunately, the apartment does not include a parking space. We therefore recommend using the car park on Hafenstraße.
