Amenities:

- The cosy living room with a couch features a dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, an armchair, and a TV (3D-capable).
- The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils
- Above the couch in the living room is a loft bed (1.90 m high). This bed is extra-long, and through the upper window you can see the Baltic Sea with its breaking waves.
- The bedroom is furnished with a made-up double bed and a 3D-capable TV. A large wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage space.
- No Wi-Fi available!!
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and bath mat.
- Arrive and feel right at home! We’ve already made up the beds for you upon arrival. The total price includes a linens package for each guest. This includes a duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, and hand towel. Additional linens can be booked for an extra charge.
- From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The balconies are protected by partition walls. If you’re bringing pets, please note that they must be kept on a leash on the balcony.
- A parking space is available for your use.
- A cot and high chair can each be booked for an additional 10 €.

You’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, watch ferries and fishing boats pass by, and have a panoramic view all the way to the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz and Sellin.
